TOUR TIME have a large staff base of Itinerary Planners, Office and Operational Staff, full commentary Drivers and Hosts: all hand-picked experienced professionals.
As you know travel is all about having the right connections. Tour Time are fortunate to have on staff or be associated with experts in particular fields. Music tours designed by Musicians, Sports Tours designed by Sportsmen/women in conjunction with experienced tour drivers.
We have contracts in place for coaching by members of our National teams eg All Blacks or Black Sticks etc. We have contracts for Music Tuition and Master Classes with Elite Musicians.

Ron – Tour Time's founder, Ron Imrie is a "hands-on" kind of guy, who is often found in the driver's seat of a coach - he still loves to drive!
With over thirty years of driving experience, Ron has an incredible wealth of knowledge of New Zealand, which he loves so much. Ron is in his element sharing it with his passengers, and always goes that extra mile for them.
Ron says: "Courtesy is like air in tyres; it doesn't cost anything, but it makes travel more comfortable."

Beryl - Ron's wife, Beryl, manages and oversees the Tour Time Company
offices. With 23 years' experience co-ordinating, managing and developing our total Tour Packages, Beryl arranges programmes for clients from around the world, covering many interests throughout New Zealand.
She is the one who ensures that the wheels keep on turning, but occasionally gets to escape the management and overseeing of the Tour Time offices by getting out on the road and hosting a tour. Beryl is the one who ensures that all of your needs are met and arranged by all of the Tour Time family and employees. She makes sure that you get those 'surprises and special extras' that Tour Time are so renowned for.

Brent - Ron & Beryl's son has recently been appointed the Tour Time Group's CEO. If he can’t be found in either Head Office or our Auckland office, he can either be found in the driver’s seat of one of Tour Time’s touring coaches, or in the pilot seat of one of our scenic flight/chartered aircraft. Brent, like his father, Ron, is a hands on type of guy who loves to exchange his Managerial role to drive or pilot some of the tours.
The experience Brent has gained driving tours himself, is invaluable to the staff when planning itineraries and pricing quotes. His experience negotiating contracts and his precise attantion to detail, along with his marketing and inter-personal skills are invaluable to both our guests and our staff.

John has recently joined our Company after being in the Tour Industry in senior management for over tweny years. He is a definite team player with the ability to create and lead in multi cultural environments and manage contract term relationships with leading international tour brands. As a Manager he enjoys motivating staff and coaching for results. His understanding of operational and service contracts is outstanding and he negotiates with proficiency, along with a high level of energy and enthusiam.
He is an articulate speaker experienced in public speaking, tour commentaries and promotional activities and delivers all of this with a sense of fun.
John is an invaluable member of the Tour Time team.

David is Tour Time's senior driver. He is a very experienced driver both in New Zealand and Europe where he drove for six years from London to Istanbul. He has an extensive knowledge of snow and icy winter conditions and is a sought after driver/trainer for driving in extreme road conditions.
David interacts well with his passengers and always emphasises the Company Motto...

Sharon with her husband Frank, along with Sandra all have a large input into our Music Tours. They are all heavily involved in many aspects of music and their advice, knowledge and contacts when designing New Zealand Music Tours is invaluable.
Mike is our Business Advisor and Mentor. He is the Chairman of our board of Directors and makes us all accountable. Responsibility and measurement of our own tasks is huge in Mike's eyes as is all the detailed reporting mechanisms he has set in place. He is a great leader and achiever who we all admire greatly. He has such a special way of imparting his knowledge and encouragement to each and every staff member.
Ross and Billie are in charge of the accounting department and ensure that all the "beans" are counted, so that the Company is in the best shape to deliver the best possible tours!
Allan is our IT guru. As with all businesses there is a human element in all systems and sometimes one of us may push the wrong button and things go "haywire." Allan revels in finding out what's wrong and implementing solutions. Where would we be without him? Another valuable team member.
Daimien is our adventure tour expert. With a passion for the outdoors, Daimien works together with the team to provide tours focusing on the outdoors – nature and adventure!
Our Tour Drivers - We haven’t named the most important members of our team. These drivers are all hand picked because they care and value the Tour Time principles of honesty, integrity and good old fashioned service where the customer comes first.
Tour Time select each driver for the job by way of what the driver's personal Music or Sporting interests are. By doing this we can then give you a driver who is not just "another driver" but can interact well with your group. (Believe it or not we have three Johns, all experienced full commentary drivers).
All Tour Time drivers are well qualified and experienced to drive on all New Zealand roads in all weather conditions.
 Tour Time drivers all love what they do and are able to enthuse and bring their own personalities and fun in to each and every tour. "When you love what you do, you naturally do it better!"
