100% Pure Assurance - Qualmark - New Zealand Tourism’s official mark of quality.

Qualmark is one of the world's most robust tourism quality accreditation programs. It helps ensure our visitors have the best possible holiday experience in New Zealand, and go home sharing their stories with friends and family.

Qualmark helps make sure we deliver 100% Pure New Zealand experiences to our visitors by providing a national quality and environmental accreditation system.

Tour Time NZ Ltd have been awarded extremely high marks for 4 Qualmarks

Jointly owned by Tourism New Zealand and the New Zealand Automobile Association, and backed by leading industry organisations, the awards provide a star-grading system for accommodation providers and a quality endorsement programme for other tourism businesses.

Qualmark helps our visitors and international travel sellers select the right tourism experiences to suit their needs. By looking for the Qualmark logo, consumers and travel sellers can book and buy with confidence, knowing that the experiences will live up to their expectations.

They can also be sure that the tourism experiences they choose meet all legal requirements and that they have plans in place to minimise social and environmental impacts.

Assessment criteria differ depending on the type of business. The system is regularly reviewed, in consultation with operators and other industry organisations, to ensure it adapts to changing industry standards and customer expectations.

Qualmark accredited businesses are independently assessed by a Qualmark assessor every year. Assessments take place on location at the business and take around three hours. They look at all aspects of the business, including:
  • Customer service
  • Standard of facilities
  • Overall business operations
  • Responsible tourism and environmental practices
  • General safety
Our Suppliers – we strive to ensure that all of our suppliers such as accommodation and activity providers are also Qualmark businesses.

100% New Zealand Owned and Operated

– a Company that ensures that any New Zealand business who displays this logo is New Zealand Owned and Operated.

It's more likely that profit made by companies with foreign ownership or interests will end up overseas. On a nationwide scale it could add up to billions of dollars every year being removed from the New Zealand economy. A 100% New Zealand owned and operated business is far more likely to keep and spend their profits right here in New Zealand - and we think that's worth supporting. Every dollar kept in New Zealand helps our economy by improving our health system, building roads, infrastructure and schools etc.

Manawatu Defence Hub - a group of businesses that supply goods and services to New Zealand, Australia and international defence forces. Tour Time supplies coach transport on occasion.

Tour Time is also affiliated to several Chamber of Commerce, Lions and other
service clubs as well as regional destinations and information networks.
