As a Tour Organizer, your NUMBER 1 task is to send an email to Tour Time with your telephone number. We welcome the opportunity, obligation free, to speak with you. This will enable us to introduce our touring and travel group experiences we are known for. Let us know a time suitable for one of our team at Tour Time to call you. Then write a list of questions that we can help you with when we phone you.

This is your team or group tour, not ours, so you tell us what you want, and we’ll offer advice along the way. We’ll create and design a day by day graphic itinerary especially for your group with price point options to suit. Tour Time will provide the choices and work with you until you are ready to present the tour to your school or Club.

We’ll give you a list of previous clients who have toured with us travelling with groups similar to yours. These clients can be a contact reference for you about Tour Time. We can also produce a power point presentation explaining the details of the itinerary or in some cases you may even want one of our team to come to your group and make a presentation. We can also prepare a handout for distribution to parents to alleviate any concerns they may have about granting permission for their children to participate in the tour. Tour Time Directors are parents too, so, we understand the word “anxiety” when it comes to making a decision regarding your child’s participation in a tour away from home.

If you are travelling from New Zealand or Australia to other countries, we will work with our specialist partners in these countries who have proven themselves to us many times over. Your Tour Director on these tours is a member of our Tour Time Team, so you have 24/7 support for your group wherever you are.

We can arrange international airfares, specialist venues, events, performances or games, scenic excursions, leisure activities, tourist and culture attractions, educational or special interest experiences, all accommodation, meals, travel insurance and all transport.
