EndorsementsHi Beryl and Ron, from here this side, ![]() Well it is all over and we are back home. I hope you have the clear impression that we enjoyed the service that your Company offered. Our people were very impressed. As I said to Brent and Ron, Tony Rathbone worked in Marketing for QANTAS for thirty years, spending half each year overseas and he regarded your service as the best he ever experienced. Well I guess you have filed SMC away and are launching into your next project. Hope it goes well. I'll ring and have a chat later, if that is OK. Meanwhile we hear lovely images of singing, hospitality, scenery, amazing weather (really amazing) and excellent service swimming around in our heads. Thanks for all your work. Take care, Tom and Teresa, Sydney Male Choir Michael Jones - (All Black Legend) endorses Tour Time NZ Ltd ![]() On behalf of the Samoan Rugby Football Union and Management, it is with great pleasure that we write you a letter of recommendation endorsing Manu Samoa's approval of Tour Time NZ Ltd. The second reaction is the uncertainty and fear of being in a foreign country with no one to rely upon and help the group of sixteen that the NJCAA sent to New Zealand. The Imrie family and Tour Time quickly eased all those anxieties. Our group (American basketball team), was received and treated like family by Tour Time from the very moment of our arrival at the airport in Auckland. Many of the aspects of the trip were special events arranged by Ron and Brent for which they were not required to provide to us. Our entire delegation achieved success and satisfaction due entirely to the tireless effort put forth by Tour Time. Many of the extra accommodations arranged by Tour Time ranged from practice sites to very fulfilling sightseeing tours of a very beautiful country. Without the help of Tour Time, these experiences would not have been possible. The gratitude of the National Junior College Athletic Association must be extended to Tour Time and the Imrie family. For the reasons explained above, I would not hesitate to fully recommend and endorse Tour Time for any group planning a trip to New Zealand. I know that my next visit to New Zealand will include the Imrie family, as good friends as well as owners of a great company. W. Wayne Baker, Associate Executive Director, National Junior College Athletic Association, Colorado Springs, CO, USA Band of the Irish Guards New Zealand Tour I write to thank you for all your work towards our recent tour of New Zealand. There is no doubt that the New Zealand leg was by far the most enjoyable from both the personnel and performance point of view. The administrative arrangements worked like clockwork; transport, set up, accommodation were excellent. Nikki was an excellent Tour Co-ordinator for whom nothing was too much trouble and all requests dealt with swiftly and positively. Ron Imrie, our coach driver, was superb; I think the best testament I can offer is to say I wish we could always have him with us. Nothing, and I mean nothing, ever phased him and he made our (often) very long journeys both a pleasure and informative. It was a pleasure to meet and work with you all and I look forward to working with you again in the future. With all good wishes. Yours sincerely Andrew Chatburn Major A R Chatburn BA. From bus driver, to events organizer (Bungy) to DJ, and more. Punctuality is of most importance for an International Rugby team and you never falter. It was great to work with you and I have passed on to the NZRFU the same thoughts. We wish you all the best for your future and hope to see you again. To everyone at Tour Time a HUGE thank you from everyone in the Gosford High band. The tour was fantastic, your organisation was great and everything went far more smoothly than I expected. To Dave, the best bus driver in NZ: from the moment the bus left Auckland airport 10 days ago we knew we were in good hands. As words cannot begin to express our gratitude for your help and support throughout our NZ tour we hope the music said it for us. Thank you. GHS Band – Sydney I would also to like to inform you of just how fantastic David was on our journey. We have had lots of bus drivers in the past, but have never had such an outstanding person accompany us on our journey. David not only interacted with all of us, but he helped us in everyway possible and all of the teens loved him. I hope we can use Tour Time again in the future and hope we can have David back. Tour time should be proud to have David working with them and I feel he is a complete asset. Once again I am extremely grateful for your support, wish you a fab Xmas. Best wishes, Regards, Maree Tyrrell-Baxter Patient Support Coordinator – CANTEEN ![]() The National Youth Brass Band of New Zealand has had a long serving relationship with Tour Time. We have used their top tour coaches at various times over the past ten years. Accordingly, I have no hesitation in recommending them as a Company with which to do business. In addition to doing business with this Company for many years, I have known Music Consultant Sandra Imrie for over 16 years. We were both members of Wanganui City Brass Band in the early 1990’s. Knowing her and then later her father, Ron and brother, Brent, I am quite comfortable in vouching for the whole family as great people that have always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility and ambition.. As far as a Company to do business with, Tour Time is the best we have ever dealt with. They are committed to providing their customers with the highest level of satisfaction. They are more than happy to go the extra mile eg. Whilst on concert tours, we have been short handed and the Tour Time drivers have more than happily lent a helping hand – photographer, ticket seller etc. When the Band goes on tour, it’s not just the suitcases that we have to deal with – it’s all the instruments as well. Tour Time has made their luggage compartments suitable for all sizes and this is extremely rare we have found. Tour Time are quick to provide quotes whenever I’ve needed them and if they can’t do the job we require, they offer advice on who to contact and what we should be getting and making sure other companies aren’t mucking us around. Based on our experience, anyone wanting a Company who will look after them, right from that first ppoint of contact through to the end of your journey should be pleased with what Tour Time can do for them. Sincerely, Marie Rockell, National Youth Brass Band of New Zealand Twenty one boys and sixteen supporters from the Narrabeen Tigers and Collaroy Cougars U14’s combined rugby team toured New Zealand with Tour Time in July 2009. The tour was a resounding success. The boys enjoyed the e xperience of playing rugby against the New Zealand junior clubs. The Queenstown Experience was very special for the boys giving them the opportunity to experience a range of activities from skiing to jet boat rides. The actual tour was very professionally organised. Having Brent tour with the team meant that he was available to sort out any small issues that came our way. It meant having a very personal approach to managing the tour and gave the coaches and managers a bit more time to focus on enjoying their tour as well. Brent conducted himself in a professional and helpful manner in all our dealings with him. We chose Tour Time because of the level of professionalism, service and communication displayed by Brent and his team. Consistently throughout the planning stages Brent kept in touch with us and even came to one of our tour meetings. We chose New Zealand because the flight wasn’t too long for the boys, it was quite cost effective and it gave the boys an experience of going oversees and visiting a country that many of them had not been to. We made sure that the boys got involved with fundraising and they had an experience of having to work towards achieving their goal of going on a rugby tour. On behalf of the Narrabeen/Collaroy U14’s Rugby Team we would like to congratulate Brent on his work in helping us have such a memorable and successful rugby tour and would recommend this service to any other potential touring groups. Kind regards, Tarja Malone - On behalf of the Narrabeen/Collaroy U14’s Rugby Tour Committee Went to extreme measures to ensure that we were happy, comfortable and well looked after! Brent and David were constantly in good spirits, and they were enthusiastic, helpful, patient, considerate and fun to have around! We found the whole experience to be absolutely fantastic! Not only would we like to do the same tour again in the future, we would also like to have Tour Time organise our future tours. There can be no higher recommendation than this. Yours faithfully, Mrs Sue Banham - Head of Music, Rosehill College |
