We’re proud to share that our Managing Director, Brent Imrie, has been elected President of SYTA (Student and Youth Travel Association)
the leading international organisation representing student and youth travel.
Brent has served on the SYTA Board of Directors for the past three years, including a term as Vice President, officially stepped into the role of President during the August 2025 SYTA Annual Conference in Savannah, Georgia.
Speaking about his new role, Brent said:
“As President of SYTA, my focus will be on strengthening health and safety, financial security, and meaningful experiences within youth travel. For schools, this means even greater confidence in sending students overseas – knowing they are protected, supported, and engaged in truly life-changing journeys.”
Following his one-year presidency, Brent, who is also Chair of the School Travel Collective, will continue to support the organisation as Immediate Past President, ensuring stability, strategic guidance, and continuity for its members.
We’re delighted to see Brent take on this role and are confident he’ll make a strong impact for the global student and youth travel community.
