New Zealand has moved to the traffic light system (COVID-19 Protection Framework) and in accordance with this, we will be following the below steps:
- We require presentation of our customers’ Vaccine Pass on arrival to a staff member.
- We also we ask all guests to scan in with your Covid Tracer app on arrival at the reception, using our QR code that will be clearly displayed. If you do not have this app, you can sign in manually at reception.
- The welfare of our staff and visitors is paramount and we have robust Covid-19 policies in place to ensure you have a safe experience. Please follow instructions given by our staff.
- Please use our hand sanitising stations on arrival.
- If you are feeling unwell, please DO NOT visit.
