In business terms, a partnership is defined as “a relationship in which two or more people, organizations, or countries work together as partners”.
At Tour Time, we know that it runs deeper than this… A partnership is when you find those special companies and organisations who “get you”. They share your values, care about your success and want to work together to achieve great things. We have some amazing partners that we are truly grateful for.
Sports Academy
(Previously Mamba Sports Academy)
We are incredibly proud to partner with Sports Academy, a remarkable 100,000‑square‑foot training facility in Los Angeles that truly has to be seen to be believed. Through both moments of growth and moments of deep sadness following the loss of Kobe Bryant, we have stood alongside the team at Sports Academy. We look forward to strengthening our partnership even further, both through future tours and their impressive online cognitive training platforms.
Crusaders
Tour Time are excited to announce our exclusive partnership with the Crusaders International Academy. This is a multiyear worldwide exclusive partnership for touring schools, clubs, and academies from New Zealand and around the world to attend exclusive training camps and coaching clinics that will be held at the home of the Crusaders at Rugby Park in Christchurch. Camps and training clinics range from half-day and multi-day clinics, through to multi-week camps for players and coaches to learn from the world’s best Super Rugby Club.

School Sport NZ
NZSSSC is the national level sports service coordinating, promoting and protecting secondary school sports at a national level. The team at NZSSSC have been a wonderful backbone to the schools sports community and we have been involved in NZSSSC, attending their conferences and offering wholesale travel solutions, longer than any other travel provider. We are also thrilled to have them fully endorse the School Travel Collective.
Volleyball New Zealand (VNZ)
We were blessed to form a travel partnership with VNZ when we took their U15 Rep team to Sports Academy in Los Angeles on their way to the USA Junior Championship in Florida. Now we work with VNZ to get all their talented players where they need to be…which is pretty much all over the world!

Harmony Helper
In 2019 Tour Time attended ACDA’s 60th Jubilee in Kansas City… in the midst of the hubbub we met Andrew Goren, the remarkable young man who created Harmony Helper: frustrated at not being able to rehearse his vocal performances at home with any meaningful feedback telling him if he was in key or not, he decided to take matters into his own hands and so frustration become innovation – enter Harmony Helper. We knew right away that we had stumbled on a company and a product that we could get behind and now we are thrilled to be able to introduce this product to the New Zealand Choral and Performing Arts market.
Tour Time are also proudly the New Zealand agents for the following organisations and competitions:
- Interkultur
- Australian International Music Festival
- Summa Cum Laude Youth Music Festival
- Music Celebrations International
- Generations in Jazz
We understand and appreciate what’s on the line financially here for you. Not only does a lot of work go into crafting and preparing itineraries at our end, we also know the lengths you go to, to generate the funds to travel.
Considering the travel industry is unregulated in New Zealand and Australia, how do you know who to trust?
To ensure your funds are protected, Tour Time chose to be TAANZ financially bonded over a decade ago. TAANZ (The Travel Agents’ Association of New Zealand) is a self-regulating trade organisation, that works with its members to promote a Code of Ethics and Practice for travel agents, travel brokers and tour operators. Being TAANZ bonded means that any funds paid towards your tour must be held in client/tour specific bank accounts that cannot be used for operational expenses, wages, marketing, working capital, etc. or be used for any other clients’ or group’s tour expenses.
