In 2019 Tour Time attended ACDA’s 60th Jubilee in Kansas City. The American Choral Directors Association Conference hosted over 15,000 delegates and vendors over 4 days and in the midst of the hubbub we met Andrew Goren, the remarkable young man who created Harmony Helper: frustrated at not being able to rehearse his vocal performances at home with any meaningful feedback telling him if he was in key or not, he decided to take matters into his own hands and so frustration become innovation - enter Harmony Helper.

We knew right away that we had stumbled on a company and a product that we could get behind and now we are thrilled to be able to introduce this product to the New Zealand Choral and Performing Arts market. Welcome to Harmony Helper…

Developed by a singer FOR singers, this app was truly designed with the vocalist in mind. Receiving live feedback during your rehearsal you will be able to SEE how your performance is tracking before your eyes.

With its optical music recognition technology you can load ANY piece of music you are working on by photo or PDF and select your part (or parts) you wish to practice…giving you more flexibility to rehearse your own music, at your own pace, in your own place.

Whilst we can’t claim anything can ever possibly replace the benefits of a live rehearsal with your choir or group, Harmony Helper allows you the opportunity to maintain the level of daily practice required to be exceptional and it puts the tool to do that literally in your hands.
